I can maybe shoot 3 - 4 rounds in mine, one handed, before I can't aim worth a shite anymore.

It's not completed quite yet. I have to change the trigger. Then pics will be posted.

Maybe you should try aiming with the phone

Watching somebody trying to strong arm a hard kicking single action is some funny shite.

Do I remember you shooting a deer with a 10mm? How far was it, and what bullets did you use?

Yeah, stainless delta elite. 25 yards, 220gr buffalo bore.

Here's a pic of my 460 XVR S&W Revolver. It'll sling a 200 grain bullet 2300 fps, had a 8 3/8" barrel, and weighs around 5 pounds without the scope. I'd say it qualifies as a big arse revolver.

A damn fine gun to shoot.

Damn right. That's an amazing rig. I am getting addicted to these ole wheel guns and the velocity they produce. Gonna look to get one I can scope up and try some longer shots.

Depending on how far the shot is and where you hit them you could use hollow points. I wouldn't though. I want a sure fire exit hole.

I want a big one, but haven't been interested in a scope yet

It isn't scoped, so I prolly wouldn't go out past 35yds. Just didn't know what kind of expansion would work the best to blow a hole through

I'd shoot something hard cast. Exit holes are definitely a good thing.

Anything better than 20 yards and I'd for sure use hard cast. Good luck at 35 yards. That's a poke.

I think somewhere around 15yds is the max I'll try with mine the first time

I can ring a 6" steel pretty well at 35, so I'd feel comfortable taking that shot

I wouldn't have been brave enough to try the neck. I'd be doing good to draw blood.

Mine comes with me on doe days. If one gets stupid enough to get close that's her arse.

ETA: I'd feel MUCH better about it with a .44

I didn't want to have to track and I didn't know how the hard cast 220gr would do at that distance to the body of a deer. No tracking=winning.
