Yes. You are just being obtuse.

Checking leg kicks is not a strategy.
It was for him. He said he planned more for it. Strategic.

The second is range in the standup. Silva has great reach, especially with his kicking. A fighter has to be long to stay on the outside and match Silva's range to set up takedowns. No fighter can stand and out strike Silva for long.
I do find it interesting Weidman planned to check Silva's kicks this time. He knew Silva would attack his legs after the first fight. I'm not saying he planned to break his leg, but he certainly wanted to check the kicks more this time.
Just a long winded version of saying Weidman seems to be a very strategic fighter.

You can't hire or fire based on religion, race, sex, sexual orientation or any other protected class. You all should be ashamed.
As a former NCAA coach, a non-revenue sport, I was never considered for many jobs because I was a white male.
Title IX is in fact something you should be ashamed of because it requires hiring based on race and gender.
Edit: You ashamed of the bullshite that is Title IX? Anybody? I bet not.

I'd like to see a Silva who respects his opponents and doesn't play around.
I'd also like to see that Silva GKFO too. I hope Weidman can do it again, but a focused Silva is still dangerous even at his age.
The first fight showed Silva was the quicker striker and could wear Weidman's legs out with leg kicks.

Romo has pretty good trade value I imagine.
His contract says no good trade value. Jerrah needs to hire/keep better DCs and draft better on D and O-line.
Only Oakland or Washington would be dumb enough to trade for Romo and his contract.
second half, not first.

So he was genuinely interested in the Ar-kansas job then?

Here's a pic of my 460 XVR S&W Revolver. It'll sling a 200 grain bullet 2300 fps, had a 8 3/8" barrel, and weighs around 5 pounds without the scope. I'd say it qualifies as a big arse revolver.
A damn fine gun to shoot.
