Holy Lance aka Spear of Destiny - Spear that killed Christ would be a good one. It was controlled by past military leaders and was rumored to have been in the possession of Hitler during the war. You could have the Russians recover it in the fuhrer bunker and have Indiana Jones steal it back.

It could also be a relic from another religion other than Christianity or something that covers Judeo-Christian symbolism like the ten commandments.
