I was thinking the same thing about there not being any heavyweights this year. Seems as though it'll be one of those years where whomever gets hot at the right time will cut em down.

I sure as hell wouldn't be betting on college hoops games right now. Too wacky.

No team is even close. There is a good chance the final four is filled with even more unlikely teams than last year, which would be great to watch.

UNC has shown it can beat anyone, but then lose to lesser teams on any night.

If they get Hairston and McDonald back, along with Paige's improved play, they will be a tough out come March

They've beat Louisville and Mich St. Who has 2 better wins than that? UNC looked really impressive last night; very balanced

I think in the end Arizona and UNC will be the 2 best teams, but to your point, maybe not dominate

eh it's the same as last year to me (and most years honestly). right now, there are about 12-14 teams i could see winning it all. that number will dwindle down to like 6-8 by march and one of those teams will definitely win it like they do every year.

If UF has even one of their suspended players back for that game in Wisconsin, they win by at least 5.

Wisconsin didn't impress me at all.

You must not have been aware of who UF was missing that game, including Wilbekin and D. Finney-Smith.

UF at full strength is flat out a better team than Wisconsin.

We'll find out just how good Kentucky is at this point this month. Baylor, UNC, and Louisville on the slate with Belmont and Boise State (still undefeated I think) mixed it.

Is Evan Anderson going to lead them to the Final Four?

I think unc played about as well as they could have played last night and have very little upside. Mich st played terrible. Yes unc had something to do with that, but mich st was really, really bad.

Hairston is streaky as hell but when he's on he's very good, so I get people talking about him coming back and making a difference. What has McDonald ever done to make people care whether he plays again or not? He had a few decent games against bad teams last year, but he scored in double digits only twice once conference games started and shot terribly from the field
