How many college games are won on walk off 57 yarders?

Crazy.

How many are lost with no time on the clock on a missed FG attempt?

He had nothing realistic to lose if he misses. No way you don't take that kick.

Tell me again how many times in NCAA history has that ever happened? Beckham made it what 4? IN the HISTORY of the game?

Except the game.

Because most coaches aren't dumb enough to trot out inexperienced kickers to attempt 57 yarders.

For you, at what point would it be stupid to attempt a FG? 60 yards? 65 yards? 70 yards?

The reason it's low is because COACHES DO NOT TRY 57 YARD FIELD GOALS VERY OFTEN.

I think a better question is what is the percentage of fg's returned for a t.d. when the player catches it in the end-zone. then you have the true risk/reward call.
