Yes, we were perfect. I love getting first and goal at the 2 yard line and settling for a field goal. I love getting 13 penalties for 111 yards. I hope we continue that every game.

So you demand a perfect game? Are we fated to read your crying and bitching about each and every imperfection by LSU in each and every game in each and every sport?

You are one sad and demented puppy.

The point being made by most in this thread is that LSU won, so Les did it right.

No the point being made by most in this thread is that every RB had over 4.5ypc. Magee had over 11 ypc. The decision to split carries worked because it was effective based on production. Has nothing to do with a win or a loss.

I was responding to all of the "we won" responses. There is no function on td that allows you to respond to 10 different posters at one time.

You know, if a poster waits until LSU loses to question Les, it's called second guessing, or Monday morning quarterbacking. I don't wait until that moment to try and make the easy post. I try to say something when I see it. I'm not scared to make a post that might seem silly at the time, but may turn out correct in the future.

It is only not second guessing if you criticize it contemporaneously. Criticizing without regard to result doesn't make it not second guessing.

Yeah, let's bitch about a gameplan that worked perfectly because there is a chance that in the future we could play against someone else where it might not work as well. I mean, that guy who won SEC POW should definitely have grabbed some more bench. It was an ugly win, but we clearly won in spite of the Les/Magee fail train.

Just to clarify, my original post was not bitching or complaining at all. Just was curious abuot an observation. Appeared to me Hill had a great game, but then sat for most the second half. Was pumped to see McGee take off...just didn't really understand why Hill was on the pine. Probably the correct answer is somewhere in the last 8 pages...but it really doesn't matter. Tigers dominated. Good enough for me!

That's fine. But Hill is NOT running the same as he was before the "FUMBLE"

Hmmmm, I disagree. I think Hill is the most complete back in every way.

Not the guy I've seen the past few games. He's not aggressive behind the line of scrimmage.

He disagreed with you with a pretty level-headed response and your response was "calm down." That can only mean that "calm down" means agree with me.

In message board parlance, it seems to be the case, no doubt.

I saw Hill on the sidelines in the TAMU game and he seemed pretty pissed he wasn't getting the touches. He should be happy that Miles is helping his NFL career and body. I doubt his stock will get any higher from production in college and if anything, he'll make himself money in his combine and personal interviews. He wasn't the hot hand in TAMU and they were keyed in on him anyway.

Having 4 good backs and having to decide which one to play is a good problem to have, especially in the SEC. Magee was more affective, so stick with him. Copeland was less affective so they played the other fullback. That was a solid running game against A&M and it kept Johnny Manziel on the bench. The defense played a heck of game. A freshman DB did a heck of game defending one-on-one. Nice.

I would love to see Hill truck some D backs in the open field when he gets to the second level. Against Arkansas he will run north and south and finish runs.

I know it's probably not what you do on your NCAA 14 dynasty but whatever CLM and CCC are doing is working, so why even question it?
