Auburn will likely be in the Sugar. USC won't be in the Cotton, they almost always like to take a team from the West while the Outback generally goes with a team from the East. Mizzou could be an option for the Cotton though given their recent Big 12 ties.

Say mizz loses next week and auburn
Sugar takes auburn, capital one takes mizz
Cotton takes us or south carolina the other goes to chick fil a bowl or outback
Mizz wins auburn loses, mizz to sugar, south carolina or auburn to captial one. Capital generally likes the east but would be hard to pass up on Auburn this season and that would interesting pick.

Cotton will not take South Carolina

It's not even in the cards under the current scenario.

Of those, the worst scenario for LSU going to the Cotton is Mizzou winning out but losing the SECCG
