Respect? Again, I don't think you need to gain respect on this board, I was just making some suggestions that might improve the post quality on the board. People trying to develop a persona, or gain respect, is what makes it a crappy place to post in the first place. I know that most posters don't care, just figured I would point it out since someone gave me an opportunity.

I also know that being a dick on this board is how some people find joy in life. I don't want to take that away from anyone. I would maybe only suggest exploring other boards (ie the SEC rant) with this kind of behavior so that this one can be a little less cluttered with nonsense.

Dude, come on. I am a huge Pelicans fan, but at the end of the day realize it is a bunch of people on the internet blabbering about grown men playing a game. No matter what you say on here it isn't going to have an effect on the team's play.

Maybe on the OT but I don't find this particular board to have this at all. There are guys that like to joke around, sure. There are also guys that call out guys like LVB for posting nothing but negative things. All in all, the reason I mostly visit PT is because it's one of the only boards you can have decent discussions on, due in large part to the seemingly small crowd we have.
