Why so we can suck til then, and then make a run at the end of the season to screw up our draft position? Either fire him now, or go in the tank for the rest of the season, fire him then, and then go out and get a premium coach with a top 3 draft pick in our pockets.

I hate the tanking BS go out and play.
This teams need to just run up tempo and quit trying to be a defensive team.
Because we are giving up points on defense already like we are an uptempo team just without the uptempo

Firing Monty now probably accomplishes nothing. It probably makes the situation worse.
You give him until the All-Star Break unfortunately, or you just stick the season out with him. Then can him.
Most likely you aren't going to get Karl mid-season, so its best to wait it out.
