Just made up a chili from past recipes and yall's suggestions...
Cubed beef
Pickled pork
black beans
dried ancho chilies
poblano pepper
mexecan chili powder
white onion
negro modelo
semi sweet chocolate
Smells amazing. Will post pics once the meat is tender enough to let the dish sit.
