You can't 'buy' a game via golf equipment.
I am not saying that good clubs that fit you are not essential but nothing beats learning good fundamentals of golf.
Get a few lessons from a golf pro.

Not looking to buy my perfect swing. Just trying to give myself the best options and start I can. 
Father, plan on getting many many lessons but I honestly think I would just embarrass myself right now. Just trying to get it where I can stand my play, then Ill work on improving it.
