We have to run the ball, move the chains, play some D, and stop with the freaking T/Os.

Keys to victory for Tigers vs gumps:
- Mett actually is able to take advantage of Bama's weak(er) secondaries for great vertical gains.
- We get 200 yards on the ground.
- Oh yeah. We still need a miracle on defense for any of that^^^ to matter.
In short, we need Miles and Chavis to go get an ice cream during most of the game.

If lsu wants to beat bama, lsu puts Johnson on bama's center, Kelly, and power drives him back each play. Watch the VT, Colorado State and Ole Miss games and you will see that when Kelly gets blown up our oline goes to shite.

I think we need to play smarter football. Disguised blitzes and stunts on D, trap blocking, pulling guards, misdirection, etc. on offense. If we just play an unimaginative game Bama will stop us enough that they win.

Get Les to eat grass & let the other coaches coach the game! Our only chance. If not he will get wild & call stupid plays like he did last year.

On a serious note , if lsu wants to win they simply have to win it with solid D line play. Create a clusterfrick by shooting the gaps and play in their backfield . bama lives and dies by the run . Also it depends on what mett and O line shows up . We have the most pysical rececivers in the conference and as shown In the A&M game it presents a misatch for bama . Big question is can the O-line protect mett while he makes throws in the pocket or moving out of the pocket. If lsu has good synergy on both sides of the ball, we win thy lose . My two cents

Mett needs to make the right checks at the line.
Find the blitzer and recognize the coverage
Win the numbers battle.
Count the box and audible to run or pass based on the numbers and keep it balanced
Win first down so we dont end up in 3rd and long.

Hill needs to run as hard as woodpecker lips.
and Miles needs to give it to him
No drops from the receivers
Saban will man up and not be scared..make him pay
Defense
Tackle well all game.
dont let #4 make a fool of you
Keep the D-line fresh
Rotate everybody you got to keep them fresh so you dont get your arse run on all game. Burn redshirts if you have to.
Secondary, dont alow the big play.
Know your assignment in coverage and dont make communication errors
Pressure McCarron
If you knock him down, he will cry
Linebackers have to make plays.
Bama loves to drag TE's and RB's underneath. LB's need to find Bama safety valve
Special Teams
