I know some will say the list is too long.....

BUT if you had to pick ONE aspect of his coaching responsibilities: game preparation, in-game adjustments/clock management, recruiting, handling the media, etc., what would he have to do to get you off his back?

Despite the clock goofs, I would say sticking with players that have the "hot hand" is my greatest peeve. We have a tendency to get somebody going, whether it be a receiver or back, and then inexplicably, they disappear for periods of the game and we don't go back to them until much later in the game or at all.
I know some will say that CC is calling the plays but CLM isn't a bystander in the game...he is supposed to see what's going on and do his thing if necessary.

The amount of time it takes him to make adjustments.

Only took him two years of shitty offenses to make a change.

Also, not to shite the bed, twice in a year.

Don't treat the players like your kids. Treat them like your employee, then maybe they won't take games off.

When he has the chance to put a game away, I wish he would rather than go conservative, like last year's Bama or Clemson.

Philosophy, everything you do is to get better and your focus is to dominate. The results or wins not the focus, you never get to high or to low, you coach with the same intensity if your winning 45 to 3 or losing 10 to 3.

Him going to Michigan. LOL...

From what I've seen, I'd agree with the assessment that his time management skills can be improved. Overall he is a very good coach.

He should pay more attention to the plethora of amazing coaches we have here on the rant. This one simple change would lead multiple undefeated seasons and about 6 NCs

as a buckeye fan, you wouldn't want him at michigan.

he beat/outcoached tressel badly in NC and is one of only two coaches not dominated by Urban.
he wold recruit well and get the talent level back.

miles would do extremely well at michigan.
