You guys realize that Mettenberger is top 10 in passing yards, Jeremy Hill is top 10 in rushing yards, while Jarvis Landry AND Odell Beckham are top 10 in receiving yards. When the hell was the last time that happened?

Just wanted to point that out; most of you don't realize how good we have it this year. Now resume doomsday scenario "Les hate" posting...

Give us last years D plus Honey Badger with this years O, and it would be fricking over. We would whip everyone's arse, including Bama.

Too bad our record is statistically mediocre and our coaching is statistically deplorable

I do realize how good our offense is and that makes losing to a second string Ole Miss defense that much harder to swallow. I could stomach the Georgia loss but the OM loss was much harder because we are so good on offense but couldn't produce against a depleted OM defense.

and yet we have 2 losses with bama and a&m still to go.

those stats make it even worse

And with all that Les still won't sniff a NC for the 6th year. Last year 8 NFL caliber players = no NC. 2011 with a lot of NFL level talent = no NC. Face it, we have our own Phil Fulmer. Some are happy with that, some are not. But I made this comparison in an earlier post and got blasted for it. Still have not had that comparisons refuted with facts in ANY way.

Coaching statistically deplorable?

How so? To which statistical category pertaining to coaches are you referring?

If stats won championships, Oregon would have about 10

After a terrible O-Miss game, Les folded his tent. We will be lucky to end up 8&4!

The best!! Love the best whiskey and cigars money can buy. Love to cook, hunt, and fish!! Love people!! And loved by people. Employees would walk through a brick wall for me. I demand and expect perfection. Out if myself more than anyone else. I think Miles and I would have the best if time hanging out. I just don't think his and my business philosophies mesh at all. It's nothing personal, only business!!

Countless decisions that will not show up on the statistics for Miles. One is game day decisions. Great coaches are one or two steps ahead of their opposing coaches. Average coaches are at least a step ahead of the game. Below average coaches watch the game like Posi-Miles fans(one play at a time). (Example) the Ole Miss. game on our last offensive drive. Once LSU crossed the 50yrd line we were automatically in 4 down territory. Our below average coach held the team up after a 3rd and 10 incompletion making a decision that average coaches make after crossing the 50. He cost the team a time out. 30 seconds may have been tough, over 11/2 I like our chances. Posi-Miles that blame everybody but the coach can blame Mett. for the pics all they want, the fact of the matter is adjustments were made after the first half and in the 4th the game was tied. This is done my Miles in countless games, coaches see it, fans only see it in an obvious loss. Add in the fact that Miles doesn't at times know when the clock is stop or what down it is and you come to the conclusion he is a below average game day coach and that alone at times cost us games.

Amazing offense
Middle of the pack defense

8-4 or 9-3 record, with a small shot at 10-2

Miles gets too caught up in the emotion of the game and gets caught off guard when sudden decisions are needed. He coaches the game at hand instead of against the perfect game. He is Phil Fulmer v. 2.
