Yall tell me one thing. We have two wide outs and bama is going to do just what Ole Miss and Furman did and double cover both of them. Now you know Les won't throw to the running backs or the tight end so how is Mett going to get over 200 yards passing with no one to throw the ball to.

There are other receivers, you are aware of this, correct?

No, no chance.

Did you see the game last season?

Probably just kneel every play. Nothing else to do I guess

If they double Beckham and Landry, Kadron Boone, Travis Dickson, Gordon, Diarse, etc are gonna have to step up. I'm sure Cam is working them into the gameplan. Wouldn't be surprised to see a lot more 3 and 4 WR sets to spread them out. The running game will have to perform well too. I highly doubt they're going to try to force the ball into double coverage every play if they can find better matchups elsewhere, they've seen how that worked out before.

The game hasn't been played yet. And it's Cam's job to worry about this stuff late at night. Don't sweat it and

First, did you see last year? Second, did you see Florida/TCU? Bama does not have a secondary near that. Third, it's on Mett to not force passes so often. He got lucky early in the year, but it's now biting him on his arse. He got a big head.

Les won't throw? It's Cam's offense and Cam calls the plays. If you're gonna have a halfassed bitch session, at least place the blame in the right spot.

ETA: The offense had been great this year. I don't know how many downs of major college football or NFL you've coached, but I have faith in Cam. Stop being a Debbie Downer.

Saban is not an idiot, so he's not going to double cover both receivers on every play. Most likely, he'll play zone coverage with two safeties back. He'll mix those zones so that different routes are open; it'll be up to the WRs to read what's open and adjust accordingly. Also, we'll have to run the ball against honest fronts. That'll keep them from overloading on pass blitzes.

We will go to multiple wide out sets if the Offensive line can prove that they can block in those sets.
