What is the rationale for saying the Georgia Dome is now obsolete?
The seating configuration seems almost identical, except for the little cutout to see the skyline.
Is a hole in the roof, with some goofy looking geographic panels thrown on the outside, really worth upwards of a billion dollars?

They envision it hosting many things (Super Bowl, World Cup, larger Bowl games)
It is more of a city enhancement than just a football stadium.
