So I finally rewatched the end of IM3 and I'm pretty sure I've nailed down the villain of CA:TWS (other than Bucky obviously).

From what I've read, this movie takes place after IM3, two years after The Avengers. Meaning, AIM has been exposed as a terrorist group (capturing the President), I doubt they are working for the government. They could be still active,though.
I could be wrong and they shoehorn it in. I imagine that this movie has to plant some seeds for Ultron one way or another, maybe corrupted SHIELD A.I.?

And we should see something in Thor 2 as well right?
Early reviews are pretty decent but apparently there's a lot more Loki and less of Malekith than most expected.
I'm a big Loki fan so that shant bother me.

It's IM3 spoilers(and not a terribly big one) and just speculation on CA2.
