You're stupid. That's a list of players that have missed team meetings and work outs. Every program does stuff like that. Get a clue boy.

Didn't he throw for like 58 yards in the biggest game of his life?

Like playing JJ?

Les was crazy to play JJ, he'd only beaten the gump's twice before.

Les win's the logic battle here, just loses big time for having no back up plan whatsoever.

As evidenced by less than 90 total yards passing in his last two college games combined. THe SECCG and NCG.

Half the guys on that list are CURRENT players. Would you honestly respect a man who "has your back" but calls you out personally to national media?

I know I wouldn't

Didn't he beat Bama twice?

Perhaps I should have said "JJ thrived under pressure relative to Lee".
I thought that was given though, sorry for the confusion

It was pretty obvious after the SECCG and first half of the NCG that JJ was a liability. Sometimes you gotta make a change just to see if it works. Couldn't have hurt.

You do understand that Lee would have been eaten alive in that game right?

Until the Richardson rush td late in the 2nd half, we were 1 big play away.

They have had the NFL scouts thing on the window for years now. Seen multiple pictures with other players listed. It's supposed to be used for motivation

thats motivation? lol yet the best rb fumbles and he gets benched

the head coach is suppossed to be an OL guru and the OL cant handle DL stunts. not to mention there two freshmen that played on ol because of attrition last year. the OL was immediately better, then got worse with more coaching

i remember the 80's and 90's and wishing LSU could get louisianas top recruits to go there. its the reason dinardo made it a point to recruit La as hard as it took to get those players to stay. it was easy to see all the top talent going out of state and those teams prospering while LSU was as loaw as it ever had been.

open your eyes people, the top talent is once again opting for out of state schools and LSU is starting to falter. all while lots of people say less gets who he wants in state and then go out of state for the talent he wants there. as far as remember hallman was good at recruiting mr footballs from other states too.

He looked pretty decent vs Bama the year before putting LSU in scoring position. He looked pretty good vs UF throwing the winning TD.

Sometimes a guy looks like shite one day and surprise you the next. He couldn't have done worse than JJ in either of those games. Sometimes you gotta pull a guy when he's really struggling and give someone else a shot.

People blame JJ, but it wasn't JJ's fault Les stuck with him even though he was horrid those two games.

LSU beat Bama twice. And we may not have won that first one if it weren't for Lee throwing that huge pass to Randle at the end of the game.

High school coaches do the same sort of things when colleges come calling about players.

If a player constantly skips workouts and meetings the college and NFL teams who are recruiting/scouting them deserve to know they are going to get a half assed effort.

I can see Les's side on this. JJ wasn't doing worth a crap, but the score remained relatively close.

Throwing JLee in that game couldn't have hurt in hindsight, but I think we all know what would have happened if Les made that call.

One of the two QB's had beaten Bama twice, the other hadn't come close.

Folks forget Lee played a part in the "drive" that beat Bama in 2010.

Anyway, some people have made up their minds that change is futile, and maybe it is sometimes. A spark in the third qtr could have changed the game, so you never know.

Example of Les's lack of support:
Sam Montgomery was cut from Texans, his career is spiraling downhill. At 23 years of age, he could use help, but guess what? Les don't give a shite.

At the players' expense. This is my point! Les don't care about these kids. He only cares about the team and his legacy.
