Cheneire Lake in west Monroe ?

Been fishing there when I was a kid. Can you hunt the lake and if so is it any good hunting. The only thing i remember is a lot of flooded timber. Looked like good hunting

I have heard it is ate up with Woodrows and the odd Grey Duck but it's typically a roosting situation. I think it's huntable but I don't know anybody personal that hunts out there except for some of them Bawcomville rednecks.

Yes, they have blinds out there. I've hunted it a few times out of Area 4 with a guy that had a blind for years. Big nice floater that you could hunt out of in your house shoes. We would kill some ducks, but it wasn't anything awesome. Usually a mixed bag of mallards, pintails, woodies and gads. Killed a Can out there one morning. It was the only duck killed that day. The awesome thing about it is how pretty the lake is and being able to catch monster sacacraperch on yoyo's whilst hunting.
