Before everyone jumps down your throat bashing New Orleans boudin, check out Butcher and Cleaver and Co. Both have rice and pork sausage which is boudin in my book.

I'm not bashing it. I haven't had any yet. I'm new to New Orleans. Lived in Baton Rouge, Lafayette and Houma previously. Steer me in the right direction

they use liver? if so, good to go.

I didn't care for the Butcher version at all. Lacked some flavor to me. Haven't had it again in a few years, though.
