1963 LSU Cotton Bowl License Plate - never been put on a vehicle. Paint looks new.
I'm thinking of posting it on ebay, what do you think it's worth?

How about a 1953 final four ring? How much is that worth?

man, that is pretty sweet...not sure what it is worth, though...

Probably not worth a whole hell of a lot, but it certainly would be cool to have.

You'll probably get $100-150 on ebay if there's a bidding war and you post a good description so that it gets noticed

If you can confirm that its not a remake, anywhere from 75$-$200.
If I wasn't a poor student I'd probably spend over $100 for it.

It's a nice piece. I wouldn't mind having it

It was given to me by my wife's uncle, he was in college in 1960s.
I searched online for another one, haven't found one yet.
It's painted metal, not printed on plastic like a modern plate would be. There are imperfections in the paint, what would have been very small bubbles, mostly on the back.
I'm 99.9% sure it's authentic, but since I didn't buy it in 1963, I wasn't born yet, I'm not 100% sure.

Like I said, I'm 99.9% sure it's authentic.
I'm checking with my Uncle to make sure.

That would be the 13-0 win over Texas. Jerry Stovall's last game.

Not likely to get enough to justify getting rid of it if you are an LSU fan. It's perfect for a sports room.
