National Championship Outlook if LSU goes undefeated.the rest of the way Posted by Datbayoubengal on 10/8 at 8:37 am There are only a few possible teams that would get in with undefeated records Oregon Stanford Ohio State Clemson Florida State Oklahoma UCLA Baylor Louisville Outside of any pairing involving Ohio State and Louisville who will get penalized for their SOS, do we get with any two of these teams still undefeated by season's end? The undefeated champion of the ACC or PAC 12 is a sure bet for getting in before LSU.

One huge thing LSU needs is for UGA to win out, and be the east champ so that they could avenge their earlier loss "on a neutral field" (which it technically is)

If only one of those two teams are undefeated (pac 12 acc) LSU "should" get in over Louisville and Ohio state Michigan without a doubt based on strength of schedule with wins over three top ten teams.

Id say the big 12 champ is not as open and shut, but still think LSU should go.

one thing that really needs to happen....and it needs to start after Beating Bama and A&M....is reminding everyone about 2011 where alabama was chosen as the "best team". We will clearly be if we beat UF, Bama, tamu and UGA.

Storm is brewing for a split title IMO. I can easily see a 1-loss SEC champ getting in over an undefeated Stanford/Louisville/Oregon or vice versa and creating a possible split.
