Anyone have something a little different? Been just pan searing and a little pepper or salt.

Grill it. I use fresh herbs, like dill and oregano. Brush some gqrlic lemon butter on it. I've used cedar planks bbefore with good results

I grill over charcoal always. Sometimes use a cedar plank. And I always buy pacific northwest salmon. Atlantic salmon has too mild a flavor for me....maybe because a lot of atlantic salmon is farm raised. I grill enough for 3 meals. We eat just salmon w/ sides (asparagus, baked potato) one night, then eat salmon tacos w/ a chipotle mayo one night. Then salmon sliders or burgers the next night with either the chipotle mayo or a basil mayo.

Marinade in 1 part soy sauce, 1 part real maple syrup, 1 part bourbon...
Liberally sprinkle chef Paul's seafood seasoning...
Cook over soaked Cedar plank. (Cook off water on 1 side of plank for 30 seconds, flip, then put fish on plank)
Will blow every other salmon dish you've ever had out of the water.

I make this. It is incredible. I doubt you'll find a better way of preparing salmon.

Google slow roasted salmon. It's delicious. The texture is buttery and moist.
