A casual Italian option in Caffe Sport...it's a longstanding favorite of my brother in law, a Bay area native. Supposedly mob owned, it's got a ton of local flavor, so to speak.We had a very nice, casual dinner here last June...I'd go back.

Glad you liked Pacific Edge. Haven't eaten there in a while, but loved it when I did.

I am going to be there the first weekend you are there. I am going to SPQR, Farellon (bosses decision), one of the great local Chinese places then either Gitane or Namu Gaji the last night.

Go to Tommy's Mexican and do a tequila tasting. Food is good too
