It came out really well, also opened my eyes.

It's tough to get the word out in this market I suppose, but I've also never tried to run a restaurant.

Hope so, I live nearby, and would love to walk there, but when I last went to bar a year ago or so, there wasn't much at bar to attract me back. Food prices kind of keep it out of rotation of being a regular place to eat as well.

Its an odd concept, as a casual high-end steakhouse. Usually when people shell out money like that for steak, they prefer a nicer environment. I think it appeals more towards Mississippi and Arkansas people.

I think maybe adding some blues musicians on some nights in bar may be a cool idea that fits in with their identity and neighborhood.

I suppose I will meander over there again soon for happy hour and see what has changed
