If you have utility bills in Mississippi then you need to become a resident long enough to buy lifetime. That is if you plan on hunting there the rest of your life.

I have lifetime in La. and Ms. so I feel like I am covered. I'm looking forward to using both in retirement pot licking all over the two states.
