This debate isnt who had the better career, its who was a better talent. Cecil was clearly a better talent, but was a knucklehead who couldnt get on the field because of his issues off it.

didn't michael ford eclipse cecil's leesville record, then go on to have a good but not great college career? should we think of cecil as the GOAT because of his high school career? and have you checked the players who've come out of louisiana? lots of hall of famers and you're comparing them to a guy who set high school records.
