Plus one of, if not the best high school career ever in LA. Cecil ran for 3079 yards during his senior season in HS.
This debate isnt who had the better career, its who was a better talent. Cecil was clearly a better talent, but was a knucklehead who couldnt get on the field because of his issues off it.
