Can you believe LSU's regular season is already 25% over?

Seems like the season just started but we're already 1/4th of the way through it. Damn, it seems the time from the bowl game through summer takes years and the season is over in the blink of an eye. Savor and enjoy these Saturdays, guys. It'll be January before you even know what happened.

actually what sux is we have 2 weeks straight of no home games, then we only ply 2 games in one month. one of those games is away.

maybe numerically but in reality the season is just beginning. we have 9 remaining games of which 8 of them will be challenges. i imagine even auburn and msu will at least hang around until the fourth.

I agree but lighten up Francis!!! This aint math class!! And even if it was 3 is not 1/4 of 13 (or 14
) With bye weeks, championship games, and the buildup to bowl games, we really are just getting started. It's only been 3 weeks, and we have over 3 months of college football left!
Like several others have said, the real season starts now. These next five weeks are going to be the epic roller coaster we're so used to in October. By the Florida game we're going to feel like it's the end of a marathon and begging to get to the Furman game and bye week. Think back to Auburn in 07. Felt like we were limping to the bye week after that epic month of football, before Flynn and D Byrd gave us a shot in arm to carry that team through the "cold November Rain"

Have you realized that there are 52 weeks in a year and that there are only 13-14 weeks of college football? That explains why.
