Everyone saying new GM/coach needs to realize they have a 1st yr GM/coach right now. It will take more than 2 games to make an impact. The coach was the Seattle D-coordinator so the guy wasn't some chump. Not every good coordinator makes a good HC but that is what hindsight is for.

They need a great QB, a line that can protect him, and a good WR that he can get the ball to. Build around the QB of the future.
