Just to clarify, you're saying you can get CBS in HD with regular rabbit ears?

Get a 500 watt inverter (will have a low battery notification). You can run it from a car batery for a couple hours without startingthe car. Or get a deep cycle marine battery for $100. This would run a fan and tv for about 6-8 hours.
