Agree with what you are saying but still think 9ers can get it done
No doubt. Wouldn't shock me completely if the niners covered. I just know Seattle at home is a monster of a team. Against a division rival and the number is -2.5? I have to take that.

I hope Kap and Lynch have a badass game.
But yeah this game could go either way.

Seattle will be trying to break the world record for loudest stadium at that game (Guinness will be there to record it), so it should be a crazy atmosphere. Can't wait

Although the score didn't represent it, Wilson really started to find his groove in the 2nd half of the CAR game. To me, the main point in capping this game is the extreme overrating of the Packers. I've got a future on Packers under 10.5 wins and I think the 49ers may be a little to proud of themselves.

I think it shows that getting on the good side of the 3 with Seattle isn't necessarily the worst bet you can make.
Definitely not the worst bet you could make I agree. However, I'm a line guy (especially looking at opening lines) and I put a lot of stock into initial movement. For me it's either SF or nothing but regardless of the side I don't see how this could be a big play.

Dogs went 9-6-1 last week. Just like last year bet the home dogs every week and you win.

I think road dogs actually ended with a better record ATS last year.

Adding a 6 point teaser:
Bears PK / Bengals -1 (-115)
Good luck!

I really want to throw some money on Raiders/Jags just to make that game watchable.

In a survivor pool at work. Picked Indy to win last week (most people picked the Pats, I was so mad when they came back)
This week I've narrowed it down to 4 games:
Jets/Pats - Pats to win
Rams/Falcons - Falcons to win
Raiders/Jags - Raiders to win
Steelers/Bengals - Bengals to win
Put Oakland in the mix so I won't be forced to pick them later (and the Jags are terrible). But I'm probably gonna pass.
The Pats SHOULD beat the Jets soundly, but after last week's debacle against Buffalo, the fact they are still figuring out their receiver/TE position, and the Jets actually have a decent front 7 on defense...I may pass on them this week as well.
Steelers looked awful last week and I really believe Cinci is a lot better than people think (and deep as well). This is my 2nd most confident pick.
Atlanta is coming off a loss to a division opponent. They get the subpar Rams at home. There is no way they should lose this game. This is my most confident pick and I will probably go with them.
Thoughts?

This is my pick. PIT is in shambles and CIN is at home coming off a tough road loss - they need the win in a big MNF home game.
I don't trust Oakland whatsoever and they just lost their LT for a month (don't get too cute in survivor, especially early). I'm saving the Pats and Falcons for later.

There is no way in hell is back the bills after the devastating comeback they allowed Sunday.
could have been just as disappointing for Carolina as they lead for most of the game against Seattle.
then once they got behind, they were driving in to take the lead back only to have Deangelo Williams fumble the ball away.
I'm liking Buffalo in this one, already on CIN at (-6.5).

No chance in hell I would take Oakland, Jax, or Cleveland in survivor at any point of the season.

don't like the Pats-Jets b/c of the short week and it is a division game.
not to interested in trusting Oakland in survivor.
ATL's O-line didn't look very good against the Saints D-line. The Rams D-line is better and will give ATL some real problems IMO.
I like this one the most. Just my opinion. The Steelers looked like they were playing their first preseason game on offense, their execution was terrible. They lost their starting center.
Geno Atkins is a monster on the inside of that Bengals D-line.

Wise
I doubt this pool will last past week 5-6, so the Oakland pick is probably unnecessary.
Side note: I thought I saw the line at +14.5 for the NYJ tonight (can someone verify this, currently at work).
New England still trying to figure out their offense, Jets know them well and have a solid front 7. Could be close.

Hey bro,
Headed up to your hometown next weekend to meet my folks. Staying somewhere by the river, I think. Any recommendations on things to do? Taking our 17 month old. Other than lookout mountain, and the aquarium of course.
