I don't care about the cliffhanger, but any resolution that does not involve Team Hank getting shredded into a 1000 pieces is completely laughable given the circumstances.

I will say this, there was a slow mo shot of Gomez with a huge look of pain on his face and the camera angles were very nonspecific.
I could definitely see them opening next week with Hank and Gomez realizing they've been shot after the initial adrenaline rush wears off. The way they shot it makes me think they have already been hit.

The Pulp Fiction scene was one guy with a six shooter, who had clearly never fired a gun before, turning around a blind corner and firing off a few rounds while screaming.
This was a gang of serial murderers who have wiped out large groups of armed men before firing HUNDREDS of rounds after having time to steady themselves and set the sights on the targets.
Hank and Gomez should have gotten off one, MAYBE two shots each before being obliterated.

Just throwing this out there. Maybe each side runs out of bullets. NNs have a bunch of bullet-proof vests on so they can risk heading out there to thrown down. Either way, I'm going to enjoy the end of the second/third best show on television.

Shut the frick up please
The engine block will stop pretty much any sort of normal rifle round. The issue isn't once they got to cover, its that a squad of blind men would have killed them almost instantly with that kind of firepower.
