Can't wait to see this! Not as many played in the TCU game but I understand that you don't want to throw young guys into such a big game at a neutral site. These next two weeks should allow a ton of young guys to get some serious playing time and show what they can do.

I'm most excited to see the young D-linemen get PT.. We will need some of them to step up and join the rotation this season IMO. I also hope we don't come out against UAB and Kent State playing not to loose. I want Mett and the offense to be up big at half and then be able to let the 2nd team play the end of the 3rd Quarter and the whole 4th quarter. In previous years that hasn't been the case.

It really was. Hawkins stepping up may have been the biggest on field development of the offseason.

Bookend tackles like I'm not sure we've ever had

I know I'm probably too optimistic but I don't even care.

Pay Cam and Chief what they want and let's go on a run for a few years

This is why I like the cup cake games. I know we will win so I get to really pay attention to certain young guys and see how they play.

I'm looking forward to both games.

I havent seen this much hype for a coordinator after one game since Lou Tepper coached the Indy bowl win over notre dame. Calm down people.
