I'm admittedly in no way impartial when it comes to Jacob Hester. However, I am not one of those fans that wants every LSU player on the saints. But, that doesn't change the fact that I feel he would suit our offense nicely. It would allow us to carry two fullbacks, release one of Robinson/cadet and potential use Hester as an up back/TE/Davethomas type player at times.

I loved Hester as a LSU Tiger. That said, we should not sign him. I don't think he is as good as the 2 guys we had in camp at FB. Collins and Johnson are bigger and are better blocking fullbacks.
