The steelers defense/coaching is also a historically
better environment for a linebacker to have success in.

If you lk at the first two rounds of the SP/Loomis regime, I'd say our front office doesn't do well at all. The end of the draft maybe. I would have preferred Jones, but KV couldn't be much worse than what has been there.

No, they're just smart enough not to pass on top 5 pass rushers who fall to 17th

The people saying they would still take Jones....I doubt their football IQ. Seriously, lets be honest here, that was not a WOW! play...... It was a blown assignment. Will Smith could have easily made that play. Not only was it a blown assignment by the lineman, the fullback looked like a scared 8th grader, and Williams never caught the toss. Don't look more into the play just because Jones got lucky. Vaccaro has already mad more plays then Jones this preseason.
Just stop anointing Jones for stupid little things

Wrong

My exact point..... you proved my point right there by just saying that without the knowledge to even know how you sound and how WRONG you actually are

Week 1:

Kenny Vaccaro: 3 tackles, 3 assist- 6 combined
Jarvis Jones: 1 tackle, 1 assist- 2 combined

Week 2:

Kenny Vaccaro: 6 tackles!!! 6! and 1 pass defended on 3rd down
Jarvis Jones: 2 tackles, 1 forced fumble (as I explained earlier Will Smith would have made that play)

So through 2 weeks Vaccaro has combined 12 tackles compared to Jarvis Jones 4 tackles.

So please explain how you say I am wrong.......
