I loved 5dimes last year. Seemed to have great lines and low juice.
Their shitty deposit functionality made me switch today to Bovada (Used a VISA). After the switch I realized the college lines aren't up yet which is horseshite. I wrote a scathing email, I doubt they'll care.
Try sportsbook or Bovada.

What about paying taxes on your winnings? If you are depositing checks from sportsbooks, are you required to report those winnings?

Dear Mr. ******,
Thanks for contacting Bovada Customer Service.
We understand that regarding the available lines at the website.
We would like to inform you that the lines posted are based on information gathered by our book managers which also takes into consideration balancing the action on both sides. If we are unable to provide lines for a particular event that would only mean that we are not able to successfully balance the action on both sides and other factors that we are unable to control.
Please be advised that some lines are intentionally posted late. Line changes are an integral part of the wagering industry. Lines are constantly moving based on both information updates and wagering activity, and our lines reflect the action of our player. The earlier a line is posted, the more it is likely to move. With the increased movement, the risk for the House increases exponentially.
Posting lines earlier also exposes us to professional/syndicate wagering. By posting lines later than other Sportsbooks, we reduce risk and also cut down on syndicate wagering, both of which strengthen our bottom line and allow us to offer industry leading customer service.
Bovada caters to the regular, recreational player with a combination of fair lines and other industry leading perks. Our lines reflect the action of our player base.
We do not bet, we book, and our business model is geared to maintaining a knowledgeable customer service staff that patiently assists those that need it 24/7.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter.
Our Customer Service Team is available at service@bovada.lv 24/7 to help if you need anything else.
Thanks,

I have to either western union it or sign up for some PayPal knockoff called Click2Pay which I've never heard of and don't trust.

Use a trustworthy local
While that is nice for getting paid quickly, most local bookies juice is a joke. At least all of mine were.

Also, I've been using 5dimes for a couple years now and have no problems. So ya, i recommend that place.

5dimes
Lines for the next week come out practically the next day.
You get reduced juice as a bonus for signing up.
If you call to set up a wire transfer on Monday between 8-12 (I'll have to double check this), there is no charge to withdraw your money. Just get the info you'll need to pick up your money at a western union.
Their customer service is great. Betting there is easy and I have never once had an issue with them.
ETA: I don't know what this paypal deal is that people are talking about for 5dimes. I use my debit card to deposit with zero issues ever. (backed by visa)

the thing i hated with bovada(back when it was bodog), was their shitty lines.
i can remember taking Georgia tech +6, and having to lay -160. It was an easy win, but the dog isn't supposed to be -, it's -110, the juice only.
it got to where the lines were ridiculous on games.
I use betonline, but not exactly thrilled with their up front fees for deposits.

I get annoyed with that too. Some of the books move the price instead of the pointspread.

it's crap, move the line. A dog is never supposed to pay more than juice for a loss. I watched a team getting +4, go from +4, to +4 -180 by gametime. I liked the team, but once it hit -180, i was out.

I very rarely see that happen at 5dimes, and even then it's -115 or -120 AT MOST

Be very careful here. They have had payout problems in the past.
5dimes is good and will pay no matter what.
Betus is the same.
youwager is one of the best for fast payouts also.
I have had them wire into my checking account before (a lot, mid 5 figures) and it took less than 5 business days.
