I have a 2 hp blender and have been experimenting by throwing raw zucchini, kale, spinach, mushrooms, carrots, peppers, and a dash of fruit to sweeten it......liquify it....and pound it out.

Anyone do something similar? If so, what's a good/healthy/tasty combination?

Do you plan on grinding up diamonds into a fine powder?

I tried that one time, but the thing is, I don't mind the taste of vegetables and in fact like most of them. Cooked and on a plate is generally my preferred method of consuming them. All of them blended just tasted bad.

I do kale, celery, carrots, and then add banana, grapes, apple, etc. VEry healthy and filling in the morning. With no other changes in my diet besides doing that 4-5 times a week for breakfast I've lost 10 pounds.

We have a juicer for this. I use it a couple times a month. I haven't figured out a tasty combo that doesn't include some sweet fruit.

I would blend the veggies, add some tomato sauce or whole peeled tomatoes, blend.. Put in a pot on the stove and add can of corn, some unchopped veggies, maybe some canned beans or pasta.. some chicken or veal broth and make vegetable soup.

I've thought about making a fruit/veggie blend similar to naked's green machine.
