Is this kid really that good?

Seems like there is a thread on him everyday... is he an instant impact kind of player?

Can u imagine Jennings at QB, brazil in motion in the slot, Beckham and dural out wide, Landry in the slot, smith and dickson at TE, fournette at rb, Hilliard at FB.

Derek Dooley couldn't even cover that shite

It's his speed. He has Trindon Holiday type speed but a bigger body.

Remember the days we used to say: imagine him, and him, and him, and him, and him, and him on the field. And fake this, and throw here, and fake that, and run this." But none of it ever happened?

I think cam may actually do some stuff like this. Not to the extent that we imagine, but def utilizing more playmakers than before.

I feel like with him having been in the nfl and now coming back, he has a higher level understanding of the game. He was able to sit back and see what teams did in college, and say "well this will work against that." Almost like its easier for him. Like if you were at a company as a manager, then went back to your original position before that. You should know what works. Obviously it's not the same but you get the point.

That's fine. Just as long as it's not a one and done type of play. Definitely need to run several counters off of that as well as show different formations. I would hope that's the case. I mean it's not that difficult to scheme plays off of the jet or speed sweep.

Not only does he have blazing speed but he has really quick feet. Speed is great but combine it with quick feet as well & it's a nightmare to try to defend in space.

Agree, but just having the thought of that kind of speed getting the ball, just sets up a lot of other stuff...I just hope it happens.

5-10 190 4.32 played on offense and defense(so he liked to hit people).

If he is utilized on offense like Shepard was his sophomore year(33 receptions, 32 rush atts) then he could be dynamic. I could easily see 10 yards a touch.

I thought they were trying to cut down on penalties this season.

That's the thing, it actually did happen in Crowton's first year and all of the talent was used including two QBs and like 5-6 runningbacks. That offense was ranked 9th in the nation in 2007 and would be ranked 19th in the nation last year(because of the rapid expansion of the spread-option, air raid, no huddle-hurry up offenses).

I want a Crowton first year every year. We should at least be in the top 40 on offense every year.
