NOFX has almost no musical talent, but they have some funny songs. I heard them on Conan about a decade ago. Honestly, you could find kids in any high school with more than 100 kids who can play instruments better than those guys 
Bad Religion has to be at the top of the list for me. I like their stuff from the 90s and early 2000s better than their first records.
And while I'm sure they're considered sellouts by guys in Oakland who think Dennis Kucinich is a fascist right winger, Rancid and Green Day are very good, although Green Day hasn't been punk for about a decade.
Also really like Alkaline Trio.
