As I mentioned in the $5k to $10k thread, one of my 7on/7off workers flips wrecked motorcycle parts and unclaimed cars. He strips all of the motorcycles down to parts, list them on ebay the day before he comes back to work, and the auctions end his last day of work. He spends his first day off shipping parts. I think he makes a nice little profit on the side, and the best part is that it is all cash. He also has an uncle or friend (I forget) that owns a wrecker/body shop. After cars go unclaimed, he picks them up for say $2000 and only tries to make roughly +/- $1000 on each. He usually post pics on Facebook, and sometimes has them sold by the time he gets home. He hustles really hard.
