Has anyone said yet that what ever the projected time of completion is, it will be at some time past that date? In short it will not be ready in time. There is a want to get done in time though.

Phase 1 - 2014. I'm guessing that Phase 2 (South Stadium drive made into a breezeway) will be 2015.
