I feel really bad for Tim Hudson... (Graphic gif in OP)

The dude is probably my favorite pitcher on the Braves. He's an SEC guy, and seems like an overall nice guy. If you missed it, he just broke his leg and I'm sure tire a bunch of ligaments.

Just awful. Eric Young is a competitor just like Tim Hudson, he knows what Huddy just lost. Gotta be tough to deal with that even if it was an accident.

Ya, even in that gif Hudson's foot is taking up a whole lot of the bag. I don't think the baserunner went out of his way at all to step on it.

Yeah in the gif it looks like Young kinda stepped to the left, but that's because Hudson frickin ankle just shatters underneath his foot. Total accident. Terrible for both parties.

Dayum. On a play like that as the runner, you are trying to watch the base, throw, and read the movement of the pitcher all at the same time. Chances are he never saw Huddy's foot
