D-Will being ranked as the 2nd best PG in the NBA by any list is really bad. I mean, really, really bad.

Can't believe Damian Lillard hasn't made a single list. That boy is a killer.

lillard is so dominant at the point his team just drafted a similar player to play point and move him to the 2

If Rubio's jump shot, specifically behind the arc, continues to improve like it did last year, he will put up 10+ assists and 2.5 stls putting him in the top 10.
He's going to have a huge season with a healthy Love and adding of K-Mart.

When healthy, Rondo is the best PG in the game.
Posted on 7/21/13 at 12:55 pm to boXerrumble
1. Chris Paul
2. Russell Westbrook
3. Derrick rose
4. Tony Parker
5. Curry
6. Rondo
7. Kyrie Irving
8. Deron Williams
9. Jrue
10. Conely

Dude did you even watch that series at all?
DWill outplayed Hinrich in Game 1, but after that he got destroyed for 3 straight games by Kirk, and then had relatively no impact in Games 6 and 7, even with Nate defending him.
If you watched that series, there is absolutely no reason DWill should be ranked #2 in PG's.

Not bad, but I'm not sure why everyone continues to rank Parker low.

Couldn't agree more. He was playing at MVP levels a lot of the time last year when healthy

Yeah I admit I may be guilty of ranking Parker lower just based off of not being as exciting as Westbrook and rose. But overall I think the 3 after Paul (Westbrook, rose and parker) are pretty interchangeable.

I get Paul's efficiency, bball IQ, and intangibles, but someone help me here.
He has never been past the 2nd round of hte playoffs.
Rose got to an ECF. Westbrook helped OKC get to the Finals. Parker almost had his 4th ring last season.
How does the best PG in the league not at least have a Conference Finals appearance on his resume?
Just throwing this out there:
Paul has never beaten Derrick Rose head to head. He also got swept 2 years ago by Parker's Spurs, and lost 4 straight to Memphis last year.
JMO, Tony Parker is the best PG in the league. Not Chris Paul.

I don't watch non live sporting event espn. I was referring to the speed/quickness/explosiveness that Westbrook and rose have that no other pgs possess.

There simply is no other correct answer

You make good points but comparing Paul's teams to roses and Parker's is a little unfair. Parker has played with one of the est big men in history and both he and rose have had exceptional coaches.
On the other hand, cp3 has played for Byron Scott and del negro who are considered two of the least competent nba coaches around. He also hasn't played with an elite nba player (I don't consider griffin elite)

Agreed completely
Watching Parker single handily crush my Grizzlies hopes of winning a championship was very impressive to watch.

According to one Pelicans Talk thread, Jrue Holiday is better than Chris Paul.

Jrue Holiday also has a bigger ceiling than Lebron.

And Eric Gordon, who was once the most hated player by NO fans, is the most underrated player in the NBA.
