Mine would have to be:
1) Franchise stability with staff/front office and ownership
2) New Facilities and plan to grow the franchise
3) Players/talent on the roster and how they can help Oden be successful
4) Story of Drew Brees and growth with the city
5) Management plan of his minutes and action, be interested in his career, not season.

Brilliant!
What a great pitch. Brees came here as damaged goods...no one wanted him. The city embraced him and a struggling franchise won a Superbowl. Brees is now a sure first ballot HOF and a legend here. This could be Oden's story as well.
