Any toilet bowl cleaner that has oxalic acid.
Apply and let sit for a minute of so then rinse boat and trailer well.
Wax afterward.

Does work, but no sense in spending the extra cash on when the active ingredient is the same as most toilet bowl cleaners. And the toilet bowl cleaner has that handy little 90 on the top that makes applying a breeze.
