I'm here for work for 2 nights. Going to make the best of it. Looking for cool seafood joint on the beach. Not a pineapple willys style cheesy family joint. But anything on the beach with good food would be nice.

Schooners is decent. Spinnaker's has great burgers. Both on the beach. Spinnaker's is next to club LeVela. Schooners is farther east a couple of miles.

Schooner's if you want to be on the beach. The Boatyard has a good atmosphere if the Bay is ok. Most of the better restaurants (and there are not many of them) are not on the beach but Schooner's is cool.

If you are willing to leave Panama City, Caliza in Aly's Beach has a cool atmosphere (although it's not on the beach). Their lamb is the tits. It's an upscale/swanky vibe which may not be what you're looking for.

Just got back from PCB and restaurant Firefly is awesome. Easily best restaurant there. Saltwater grill was pretty good also.

If you're willing to drive 30 minutes go to The Red Bar in Grayton Beach.
