PGA is out due to hurricanes. And the US Open tries to shy away from brutally hot locations. But if I was able to work for the Foundation, I'd be bidding to the USGA as soon as that first green is cut.

It may be able to cash flow. I have my doubts but it may work. What I know for sure is that this plan does no serve the golfers in NOLA very well.
Even at the fees that golfer stated ($75 plus cart fees) you ae looking at close to $100 bucks. It would be cheaper to join a country club than pay those rates. You are now adding barriers into the game in this city that do not need to be there.... And that's a shame.
