we're talking about the video of his 2nd misdemeanor, not his 1st. Right? Just checking....

Can someone translate the above coded message?

Considering Hill pleaded guilty in January 2012, that would mean he still has over 6 months left on his probation.

Gotcha. I missed the "serve out" part the first time. Yes, he would serve out the 6 months in jail.

It was a plea bargain and he pled "no contest" I believe. Is it possible that he could be kicked off the team for this? Yes. Is it possible you could be struck by lighting? Yes. Both are very unlikely. Please remove panty wad from bum bum people. He will miss a couple games ish. Everyone has an opinion. Everyone doesn't have the facts.

Consider this. CLM definitely knows all the facts right now. If it were that bad he would have already dismissed JH from the team. He is following proper protocol when a player has an issue like this. Use your heads people. Remove from anus and use it.

I agree. Oh, I just saw a piece on CNN about Hill right after they finished up talking about Hernandez

Hill is not doing jail time. He will be on this team. Might serve a 1 game suspension at the most.

If his probation is revoked, Hill is gone for the year.

hahah GTFO. The guy committed a misdemeanor when he got blown by a consenting 14-year old, and now he punched a guy who was being a tard. BTW, also a misdemeanor. Overreact much?

And BTW, I thought JJ should be gone. Kicking people in the head is WAY worse, IMO.

No, it's for hitting a guy while he was on probation for carnal knowledge of a juvenile. You know, a sex crime with a minor.

weak. its a misdemeanor, which means she consented. Shouldnt even be a crime when two teens do it. 17 and 14 hooking up is a crime. get real

He definitely needs to be taught a lesson. I would have thought getting caught for sex acts with a 14 year old would have been enough to stay out of trouble. Obviously some are just too simple minded to not understand consequences. If he gets set to jail, hopefully someone can give him his come-up-ins and he will return to society with more respect for fellow humans. He's a POS in my book.

Being forced (consent) has literally zero to do with the crime of carnal knowledge of a juvenile. And neither do the other sex crimes committed by Hill's teammates.

sure it does. Lack of consent makes it a felony. Consent makes it a misdemeanor. good call though

So, lets see here. You are an Ohio State fan with an Alabama A by your' name while posting on the Tiger Rant. I think you might have a little bit of an identity crisis.

I've seen a lot of people get thrown in jail for violating their probation. Not once have I seen a judge spare one because of "overcrowding".

then you havent seen much. The most popular bond out is a "prison overcrowding" bond.

Some people refuse to open their eyes to see the reality that moves around them.

Overcrowding is a real issue that our courts have to deal with each day.

No one knows what will happens to Hill for sure, but I can't see a system that turns out felons who have nothing going for them early because the prisons are busting at the seams sending a kid who is getting an education and getting close to having a career to prison for a misdemeanor.
