Going to the Mandeville Seafood Festival and then gonna try to find something open on the Northshore for dinner. Maybe Lakehouse or Barley Oak

i'll brine, rub, and smoke a chicken. throw some sausage on the grill. making bourbon baked beans and smoked potato salad as well.

Mrs. Vedder will be in charge of sweets.

most of my peeps are on Ideal Protein right now, so I'm waiting on who is going to be available to scarf down some ribs with me so I don't look like a dick.

I'll be doing some BBQ ribs, grilled corn on the cob, baked beans, garden salad and watermelon.
